Artist's Statement

My work is an ongoing investigation into human relationships and human interaction with nature. My inner curiosity, experimentation, and a desire to know the material intimately drive me on this journey into the unknown.

In my art practice, I use wet and dry media on paper and canvas, as well as mark making, cutting, and pasting to create a poetic process.

 

I was born in El Cairo Valle, a small town in Colombia.

I'm currently pursuing an MFA in Illustration at Savannah College of Art and Design.
